1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on nike77. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts held by the same individual. Nike77 employs device fingerprinting, IP detection, and identity verification procedures to enforce this rule.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. Nike77 is not liable for errors or failures arising from inaccurate account data provided by you.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nike77 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. nike77's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Nike77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
